About Buzzably
What is Buzzably?
Buzzably is an AI content studio for creators who publish in their own voice. It brings writing, source-based research, AI-assisted drafting, Personas, scheduling and publishing into one connected environment.
You can write independently, collaborate with AI, or, on Pro, set up agents that prepare drafts on a recurring basis. You choose how much AI involvement works for you.
Who is Buzzably designed for?
Buzzably is designed for independent writers, content creators, analysts, subject-matter experts and professionals who publish regularly. It is particularly useful for people who manage different writing identities, develop content from research materials, or want to reduce the repetitive work involved in producing and publishing content.
How is Buzzably different from general-purpose AI assistants?
General-purpose AI assistants help you generate, analyse and refine content across many tasks. Buzzably provides a dedicated writing and publishing environment that connects source materials, reusable Personas, Voice DNA, AI-assisted drafting, scheduling and publishing.
Rather than repeatedly moving information between separate tools or rebuilding instructions for each writing session, you can manage more of your content workflow within one platform.
Does Buzzably replace human writers?
No. Buzzably is designed around creator choice. You can write independently, ask AI to assist with specific tasks, or use agents to prepare recurring drafts. You decide how much to delegate.
You remain responsible for the content you publish.
Personas & Voice DNA
What are Personas in Buzzably?
Personas are distinct writing identities that you can configure for different purposes and content types. Each Persona establishes a consistent writing approach through its language, tone, style guidance and supporting writing samples.
For example, you might use different Personas for market commentary, professional analysis and personal writing, rather than applying the same style to every piece of content.
What is Buzzably Voice DNA?
Voice DNA is an AI-compiled fingerprint of your writing style. Buzzably generates it from the writing samples you upload to a Persona.
It helps Buzzably recognise characteristics of your writing and use them to inform AI-assisted drafts. The aim is to support content that reflects your individual style rather than relying solely on generic writing instructions.
What is the difference between Personas and Voice DNA?
A Persona defines the writing identity for a particular type of content, including its language, tone and style guidance.
Voice DNA is generated through AI analysis of your writing samples and captures characteristics of how you actually write.
Together, they let you establish distinct writing identities while giving AI more personalised guidance on how to write in each voice.
Does Voice DNA work the same way on every plan?
Voice DNA is compiled from the writing samples on a Persona. What you can see of it, how often you can recompile it and how many samples you can add depend on your plan.
The current limits for each plan are on the Buzzably pricing page.
Can I create different Personas for different purposes or content types?
Yes. Buzzably supports multiple Personas, subject to the limits of your plan.
You might maintain one Persona for analytical articles, another for business commentary and a third for more conversational writing. This lets you adapt your approach to each kind of writing without starting from the same generic AI instructions each time.
Writing, Research & Publishing
Can I write my own content without the AI Draft Assistant?
Yes. You can write and publish your own work without using the AI Draft Assistant, and no article has to begin with an AI-proposed draft.
When you do use the assistant, it proposes a draft for you to review, edit and decide whether to publish. Either way, you remain responsible for what you publish.
Can Buzzably help research information for an article?
Yes. Buzzably supports source-based research within its AI drafting workflow, so you can develop content with reference to supporting information.
Sources can provide useful context and evidence, but including them does not guarantee that every generated statement is accurate. You should still evaluate the reliability, relevance and interpretation of the information used.
Can I start writing from my own notes, documents or links?
Yes. Text and web-link sources are available on every plan, so you can bring existing notes, ideas and reference material into your writing process. File uploads and API sources are available on Pro.
This makes it possible to begin with material you already have, rather than relying entirely on a new prompt or an AI-proposed draft.
Does Buzzably automatically fact-check everything in my articles?
No. Buzzably supports source-based research and automated pre-publication screening, but these should not be confused with comprehensive, independent verification of every factual claim.
You remain responsible for assessing the accuracy, context and suitability of your content, particularly when writing about financial markets or other subjects where incorrect information may have significant consequences.
Can I publish and schedule articles directly on Buzzably?
Yes. Buzzably provides an integrated publishing environment where you can draft, edit, preview, schedule and publish articles.
Readers can also follow you and comment on your work, so you can build a continuing body of work rather than treating each article as an isolated output.
Automation & Human Control
What are Buzzably's Autonomous Agents?
Autonomous Agents are a Pro feature that lets you configure recurring content workflows around a Persona, your sources and a trigger.
An agent can run on a schedule you set (scheduled runs use an API source) or be started by a webhook. Each run produces a draft that is held for your review, and you decide whether to approve, edit or discard it.
This lets you delegate the repetitive preparation work while keeping the publishing decision with you.
Do Autonomous Agents publish articles on their own?
No. Agents prepare drafts and hold them for your review. Nothing is published until you approve it.
Does human-controlled AI mean a person must approve every AI-drafted article?
For articles prepared by agents, yes: each draft is held for your review before it is published.
More broadly, human control means you decide how much AI is involved in your writing. You can write entirely on your own, use AI for specific tasks, or have agents prepare drafts for you.
Does Buzzably have safeguards for financial content?
Yes. Buzzably includes pre-publication screening and financial-disclosure requirements for applicable content.
These safeguards help support responsible publication, but they do not replace factual checking, professional judgement or your own obligations. Content published on Buzzably should not be treated as personalised financial advice.
Access, Languages & Platform Capabilities
What languages does Buzzably support?
Buzzably supports content creation in English and Traditional Chinese, and offers a Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) interface.
You can develop content for different language audiences while using Personas to maintain an appropriate writing style and tone.
Is Buzzably free to use?
You can use Buzzably on a Free plan, which covers core writing and publishing subject to usage limits. Pro adds capacity and capabilities such as file and API sources and agents.
For current plan details and pricing, see the Buzzably pricing page.
Can external AI agents and bots connect directly to Buzzably?
No. Buzzably does not currently offer a public REST API or MCP server, or an agent-to-agent interface for operating your account, so third-party AI agents cannot connect to it directly.
Buzzably's own agents, available on Pro, are configured inside the Studio and can be started on a schedule or by a webhook trigger.
